What a visitor sees on a listing

• The sponsoring broker’s name, license number, and logo. The broker logo is larger than the eruvhomes logo.
• The listing firm, the listing agent, the MLS name, the MLS logo, the full MLS disclaimer, and the last-updated time.
• The line “Listing courtesy of” that firm.
• The address only when that MLS allows it. Otherwise the card says the listing broker withheld the address.

What we do not do

• We do not copy or download MLS photos. A photo loads from the licensed vendor’s https address.
• We do not show sold, expired, or withdrawn listings after a refresh.
• We do not show private remarks or showing instructions.
• We do not turn a feed on until that MLS approves eruvhomes.com in writing and we paste that MLS’s own disclaimer and logo.
